Upon receiving your sizing kit, you may submit your nail sizes here. There are two ways that you can submit your sizes:

1. Take a photo of your sizing kit and upload it into the form. 

2. Enter your sizes manually.

You do not need to do both. Submitting your nail sizes makes future orders easier and faster. Please ensure that the email entered below matches the email you use to place orders and checkout. We will not be able to locate your sizes if the emails do not match.
