1. I do not see my preferred length and shape.
We currently have 12 nail lengths and shapes to select from, and are in the process of expanding based on demand. Please sign up for our mailing list to be notified about new releases, and hopefully, you will be able to select your preferred length and shape.
2. My items arrived damaged/missing an item. Can I get a refund?
Upon receiving your package, it is recommended that you take photos and/or videos of your packages to document the issue. Please reach out to hello@pyropepresses.com with your photos and videos for immediate assistance.
Although we do not accept returns nor exchanges for press-on nail sets, if your set is missing a nail, or the press-ons are damaged upon receiving, we offer a one-time complimentary replacement set. However, shipping is not covered for replacements.
3. Do your nails come pre shaped?
No, as everyone has different nail curves. You may file your press-on nails upon receiving them.
4. Why do you not use the coin method as a sizing method?
Using the coin method is not as accurate, and places the final responsibility on us to get your nail sizes correct, which we are unable to do. As we are unable to offer exchanges and refunds on press-on nails sets, it would be unreasonable for you to be denied a refund as a result of our improper sizing.
As a result, it is best that you size your own nails according to your preferred method, and provide us with your nail sizes.
