Exchanges

As all of my press ons are hand made, majority of orders will take about 2-3 business days to ship.

Returns

We do not accept returns on any press-on nail sets.

We only accept returns for items within the Nail Care Collection for all items that are unopened and unused, and must be in original packaging. Return shipping fees are the buyer's responsibility.

Refunds

As every set of nails is customized and hand-made, and no two sets are identical, no returns nor refunds are accepted.

Once an order has been placed, you have 24 hours to cancel the order to receive a full refund. After the 24-hour period, cancelled orders are non-refundable.
